I am a newbie baker who finds cooking very exciting especially when a new recipe turns out to be a keeper. All my baked goods are made from scratch. This is a birthday cake I made for my two sisters'. It is a vanilla sponge cake layered with mocha pastry cream covered with chocolate meringue buttercream and marshallow fondant roses and letters.
