This is a birthday cake I made for my two sisters'. It is a vanilla sponge cake layered with mocha pastry cream covered with chocolate meringue buttercream and marshallow fondant roses and letters.
These are a take on Acme's cupcakes. They are mini vanilla cupcakes with lemon curd and lemon meringue buttercream. Each of them topped with a sweet and juicy raspberry. Enjoy!
